- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
- Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and white fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Whisk in 1/4 cup of flour until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Combine the seasoned sauce with the seafood in a large bowl, stirring gently to coat.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top of the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
