Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary, then add onions and mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until onions are translucent. Add garlic, cook for another minute.
  4. Return ground beef to the skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and beef broth. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Fold in sour cream.
  5. Cube the hamburger buns and layer them in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Pour the beef and vegetable mixture over the bread cubes, ensuring all pieces are covered.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
