- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the shrimp, scallops, and white fish under cold water, then pat them dry. Cut fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Sprinkle in 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of milk until smooth. Stir for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and mix in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood with the sauce, ensuring it is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese and a generous layer of breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
