  3. Scoop out a portion of the meat mixture and roll it into a ball about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Transfer the meatballs to a large pot containing your marinara sauce. Ensure they fit snugly.
  6. Cover the pot and simmer for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
