Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and coat a large oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
- Sauté bite-sized chicken chunks in the skillet with salt, pepper, and spices for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add diced bell peppers and onions, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.
