- Start by lining an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking components.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips, stirring frequently until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, repeat the melting process for the semi-sweet chocolate chips until completely melted, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the remaining peppermint extract and pour over the white chocolate fudge base.
- Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top layer of chocolate. Add red food coloring if desired, and gently swirl through the chocolate.
