Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, crushed red-pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet with the browned beef. Stir in sliced green onions and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the Korean Ground Beef Bowl over rice or cauliflower rice, garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds.
