Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing the zucchinis thoroughly and slicing them into thin ribbons; peel and thinly slice the onion.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat for about 2 minutes, add a splash of oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced onions and sauté for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Toss the zucchini ribbons into the skillet with the onions, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
