Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Sprinkle in 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, mixing on low speed until fully combined.
  3. Fold in 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, 3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs, 3/4 cup of crushed pretzels, and 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll each cheesecake ball in the remaining crushed pretzels until well-coated.
  7. Melt 1 cup of white or milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
