Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into uniform bite-sized pieces.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce to prepare the honey garlic sauce.
  6. After 20 minutes, add sliced sausage to the baking sheet, drizzle with the honey garlic sauce, and mix.
  7. Return to the oven for another 15-20 minutes until sausage is cooked through and caramelized.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving the sausage and sweet potatoes warm.
