  • 4 servings Ramen Noodles Can substitute with udon or rice noodles.
  • 1 pound Beef (Ribeye/Sirloin) Tender cuts are ideal.
For the Broth
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang Use milder chili paste for less heat.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil Can substitute with canola oil.
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Honey or coconut sugar are alternatives.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic powder can be used instead.
  • 1 teaspoon Gochugaru Optional for extra heat.
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust according to heat preference.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar in a small bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook broth in a pot over medium heat, adding gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Grill marinated beef on a preheated grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized. Let rest before slicing.
  5. Assemble ramen bowls with noodles and broth, drizzle with creamy sauce, add grilled beef, and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
