Step-by-Step Instructions for Cowboy Mushrooms
  1. Clean the baby bella mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim any tough stems.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add 3-4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the cleaned baby bella mushrooms and stir gently to coat.
  5. Cook the mushrooms for 7 to 9 minutes until they begin to brown.
  6. Pour in 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, along with black pepper to taste.
  7. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  8. Add freshly chopped parsley just before serving and enjoy!
