Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Chop your vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk or cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fold in cheese, chopped vegetables, and any optional meats.
  5. Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for approximately 12 minutes until edges are set.
  7. Allow to cool for 4 minutes before removing from muffin tin.
  8. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
