  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used for a milder flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons Oil (Avocado or Olive) Choose any high-heat oil.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle or a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3–5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and let it shimmer.
  2. Add the sliced Yukon Gold potatoes to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  3. Push the potatoes to one side and add another tablespoon of oil. Introduce the sliced smoked sausage and sauté for about 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in chopped zucchini, onion, and red bell pepper. Mix well and continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
