For the Tzatziki Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill Brings a bright taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated zucchini, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on the baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced. You should have about 16-20 meatballs.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Stir well.
  6. Let meatballs cool for a few minutes before serving warm with tzatziki sauce.
