Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated zucchini, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Place on the baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced. You should have about 16-20 meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Stir well.
- Let meatballs cool for a few minutes before serving warm with tzatziki sauce.

Notes
Avoid overmixing the meatball mixture to ensure tenderness. Squeeze excess moisture from zucchini to prevent soggy meatballs. Check internal temperature of meatballs for doneness. Customize herbs and spices as desired.
