Method
 

Steps
  1. Set your oven to the broil setting and allow it to preheat while you prepare the meatballs.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Lightly oil your hands, scooping the mixture and rolling into meatballs about the size of a quarter.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add meatballs, cooking for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove meatballs and lower heat. Add heavy cream, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and simmer.
  6. Return cooked meatballs to the skillet, coating with the creamy sauce and letting simmer for an additional minute.
  7. Transfer to broiler for 2-3 minutes until meatballs are bubbling and lightly browned.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and additional parmesan, pairing with zucchini noodles or salad.
