  • 2 cloves Garlic minced; garlic paste can be used
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger optional
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce gluten-free soy sauce can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar honey or maple syrup can be used
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil or use vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes customize to taste
For Serving
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice white or brown rice, or noodles
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Steamed Broccoli

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and optional ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring to coat the beef. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve the beef mixture over warm cooked rice, distributing evenly.
  6. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and desired vegetables.
