Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Sauté onion and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet for 7-8 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and fold in cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the meat mixture into the baking dish, layer provolone cheese and then mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
  7. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
