Cooking Steps
- Prep Ingredients: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, shred carrots, slice onions, and chop garlic and ginger.
- Cook Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, sauté for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
