- In a skillet over medium heat, combine cream, chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 7-10 minutes, breaking it up until nicely browned. Drain excess fat.
- Warm flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Place a portion of the cooked ground beef in the center, fold the sides in, and roll tightly. Arrange seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the creamy chipotle sauce generously over the assembled burritos, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the burritos for 20-25 minutes until bubbling with melted cheese.
