  • 2 tbsp Honey Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • 1 cup Apple (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith) Sliced
  • 1 cup Arugula Optional

Method
 

Instructions

  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally to create a pocket.

  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture onto each croissant half.
  5. Layer thinly sliced apples onto the goat cheese-covered croissant halves.
  6. Add fresh arugula on top of the apple slices if desired.
  7. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes.
