Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, the juice of 1 lemon, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the shrimp mixture.
  5. Hollow out hoagie rolls or French bread with a serrated knife. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spoon the shrimp mixture into each hollowed bread boat and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, and bread is golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving, optionally garnishing with extra parsley.
