Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef stew meat with Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, dried Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Toss all ingredients together until the beef is evenly coated.
- Layer the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker. Drizzle half of the melted unsalted butter and olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle minced garlic on top.
- Place the seasoned beef mixture directly over the layer of potatoes. Drizzle the remaining melted butter and olive oil on top.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
- Once cooked, gently stir the Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
Ensure your beef stew meat is cut into even pieces for uniform cooking. Start with the potatoes at the bottom to prevent burning. Adjust seasonings to taste before cooking.
