Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Press seasoned beef onto one side of each tortilla.
  3. Place the tortillas beef-side-down onto the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip the tortillas and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Let it melt.
  5. Fold the tortillas in half to enclose the beef and cheese, and grill for another 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from skillet and let rest for a minute before slicing into triangles.
  7. Plate quesadillas and add your favorite toppings before serving.
