Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 4 cups Ceres pear juice blend Any high-quality pear juice can be substituted.
  • 2 pods Vanilla bean Cut them in half to maximize aroma. Alternatively, use 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract per pod.
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup Honey or agave syrup can be used as an alternative.
For the Fizz
  • 2 cups Sparkling water Prosecco can be used for an alcoholic version.
For Garnishing
  • 1 piece Lemon or lime wedge For prepping glass rims.
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon sugar Granulated sugar mixed with a dash of cinnamon can be substituted.
  • as needed cups Ice Essential for serving the mocktail cold.

Method
 

Mixing the Mocktail
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the Ceres pear juice blend with maple syrup and the halved vanilla bean pods. Stir gently to release the rich aroma of the vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to 4 hours.
  2. Prepare the glasses by rubbing the rim with a lemon or lime wedge. Dip each glass into a plate of cinnamon sugar until well-coated.
  3. Add sparkling water to the pitcher just before serving and stir gently to preserve fizz. Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes and pour the sparkling mocktail mix over the ice.

Notes
