Mixing the Mocktail
- In a large pitcher, combine the Ceres pear juice blend with maple syrup and the halved vanilla bean pods. Stir gently to release the rich aroma of the vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Prepare the glasses by rubbing the rim with a lemon or lime wedge. Dip each glass into a plate of cinnamon sugar until well-coated.
- Add sparkling water to the pitcher just before serving and stir gently to preserve fizz. Fill each prepared glass with ice cubes and pour the sparkling mocktail mix over the ice.
