  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked paprika adds depth.
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Adjust for spice tolerance.
For the Drizzle
  • 1/2 cup Hot Honey Sauce Can customize heat level.
  • 1 tbsp Chives Can use green onions or omit.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix buttermilk and honey.
  2. Grate frozen butter into dry ingredients, mix gently, and combine with wet mixture to form dough.
  3. Roll out dough to 1-inch thickness, fold to create layers, cut into squares, place on baking sheet and brush with buttermilk.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare chicken by mixing breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika, and cayenne in a dish, spray chicken with oil.
  6. Coat chicken with breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry chicken for 15-16 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Mix honey and hot sauce for drizzle, add pepper flakes if desired.
  9. Assemble biscuits with chicken, drizzle with hot honey sauce, and sprinkle with chives.
