Prep the Salad

Season the Shrimp
  1. Pat shrimp dry and toss with curry powder, smoked paprika, salt, and cayenne.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 4 minutes, turning halfway, until pink and opaque.
Glaze the Shrimp
  1. In the last minute of cooking, add butter and honey to the skillet. Toss the shrimp until glossy.
Serve the Dish
  1. Arrange shrimp over rice or greens. Top with peach salad and add avocado if desired.
