Quesadilla Preparation
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Add garlic powder and salt, stirring to combine.
- On one half of a tortilla, sprinkle desired amount of feta cheese, then top with the cooked spinach.
- Fold the tortilla over and place in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and brown the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
