Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the coated chicken for 6-8 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Boil the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  6. Add the drained noodles to the skillet with the chicken and sauce, and toss gently.
