  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening the sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic. Slice vegetables if using. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with a little oil.

Cook Chicken
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Combine
  1. Add prepared vegetables to the skillet and pour in the sauce, stirring to coat everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add Noodles
  1. Incorporate pre-cooked noodles, tossing them with chicken, veggies, and sauce for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
