  3. In a large bowl, combine the halved fingerling potatoes and prepared Brussels sprouts. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet for even roasting.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
