Ingredients

For the Mochi Dough
  • 1 cup Sweet Rice Flour Essential for that chewy mochi texture; don’t substitute with regular flour.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar Adds sweetness; coconut sugar can offer a different taste profile.
  • 1 cup Water Activates the dry ingredients for the dough.
For the Filling
  • 10 pieces Fresh Strawberries Provide a burst of juicy sweetness; if using frozen, thaw and pat dry.
For Dusting and Handling
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch Prevents sticking; potato starch can be an alternative.
