Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13-inch deep-dish pizza pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly mixed.
  3. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing on low speed until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan, about ½ inch thick, and pierce the crust 20-25 times with a fork.
  6. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden brown.
  7. Spread the chocolate chips evenly over the warm crust, allowing them to melt slightly. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top.
