  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Chop one medium onion and layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Place 2-3 boneless chicken breasts on top of the chopped onions.
  4. Whisk together BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the prepared BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it.
  8. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir it into the remaining BBQ sauce.
  9. Serve on hamburger buns with optional coleslaw.
