  • 16 oz Frozen Cheese Ravioli Can substitute with meat or spinach fillings
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko Style)
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Oil or Oil Spray For coating the basket
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese For garnish
  • Dried or Fresh Herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, beat two eggs until well incorporated.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
  3. Dip each frozen cheese ravioli into the beaten eggs, then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket with oil.
  5. Arrange the breaded ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket; spray the tops with oil.
  6. Cook the ravioli for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. For the oven method, arrange the coated ravioli on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Once cooked, remove and let cool; garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs before serving.
