Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your roasting pan.
  2. Season the turkey inside and out with salt and pepper, then stuff it with the stuffing mixture.
  3. Place the stuffed turkey in the roasting pan covered with foil and roast for approximately 3 hours.
  4. Boil water in a pot, add mixed vegetables, and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender, then set aside.
  5. Combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture into a baking dish and set it aside.
  7. After 2.5 hours, place the pumpkin dish in the oven alongside the turkey for the last 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil from the turkey for the last 30 minutes to achieve crispy skin.
  9. Once the turkey reaches 165°F (74°C), remove it from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
