- Trim the ends of the English cucumbers, then slice diagonally to create spiral cuts and flip to create accordion-style pieces.
- Place cut cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle generously with salt, and massage into the cucumbers. Let sit for 8 to 10 minutes.
