Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.

  3. Sprinkle the baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum (or psyllium husk powder) into the wet mixture. Gently fold in until just combined.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
