Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, cooled cooked bacon, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir in hot sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grab your fresh bagels and slice a thin base off each one, then hollow out the centers without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Take your prepared cream cheese filling and evenly distribute it into the hollows of each bagel. Smooth the tops.
  4. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Place your stuffed bagels on the tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Once baked, let them cool for a minute and garnish with reserved bacon bits and chopped chives. Serve warm.
