Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds using a mandoline. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. Chop or shred the imitation crab into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. In a large container, layer cucumber slices, imitation crab, diced avocado, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
