  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into sticks, approximately 3 inches long and ½ inch thick.
  6. Roll each stick in breadcrumbs or almond flour to coat evenly.
  7. Transfer the coated sticks to the baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
