Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in chocolate chips and any optional chopped nuts or seeds.
  3. Prepare your mini muffin tin or silicone molds by lining them or lightly greasing them with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mixture into each mold cavity, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Transfer the molds to the freezer and allow them to chill for 2-3 hours.
  6. Once frozen, remove bites from the molds and store in an airtight container with parchment paper in between layers.
