Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.

  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet. Lay a tortilla flat, add salad filling and chicken, then wrap tightly.
