Step-by-Step Instructions for Loaded Fries
  1. Start by dicing raw bacon into 1-inch pieces. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon for about 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F, as indicated on your frozen fries package, and prepare a baking sheet.
  3. Spread the frozen french fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. While the fries are baking, shred your cheddar cheese and finely chop the green onions.
  5. Once the fries are golden and cooked, season them with sea salt and black pepper. Layer the shredded cheese, crispy bacon, and green onions on top.
  6. Return the loaded fries to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and drizzle ranch dressing over the top. Sprinkle with more green onions and serve.
