Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by pouring heavy cream into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and vanilla extract, then whip the mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Gently add the mascarpone cheese to the whipped cream. Using a spatula, fold the mascarpone into the cream mixture with smooth, sweeping motions.
- Brew a cup of strong coffee or espresso and let it cool completely. Pour the coffee into a shallow dish, making it easy to dip the ladyfingers.
- Take each ladyfinger cookie and briefly dip it into the cooled coffee for about 1-2 seconds. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers, ensuring it covers them evenly. Add a layer of freshly sliced strawberries on top.
- Continue layering the ingredients by repeating the soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mix, and another layer of sliced strawberries.
- Sift cocoa powder lightly over the top layer of mascarpone. Make sure to use just enough to cover the surface.
- Cover the assembled Strawberry Tiramisu with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better blending. A quick dip of ladyfingers in coffee retains their structure. This dessert is best served chilled.
